The workshop offers step-by-step instructions for baking, cutting, assembling and decorating a cake with dripping and seasonal flower decorations. We will create a 15 cm drip cake and decorate it with seasonal fruits and flowers.

First, we will discuss the cake recipe and I will show you how to bake the perfect bases. While the cake is in the oven, we will focus on making the filling and icing. The cake bases are pre-baked so that we can concentrate fully on stacking and decorating. After stacking and covering the cake (diameter 15 cm), each participant can design their drip cake according to their color and shape preferences. You will receive a box for transport so that you can take the cake home and eat it with your loved ones (or all by yourself).
In a workshop you will learn how to stack and decorate a cake. You decide which design you would like to create in the drip cake workshop. You can choose from decorative elements such as seasonal flowers and sprinkles. Whether pink, blue, pastel or glittery, the look of your drip cake is entirely up to you. Let your creativity run wild. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them for everyone in the course.
